My Candy is made to order.
Place the order and expect 2 days of production before shipping, depending on the size of the order. Large orders could require more time. We can work together with your timeline.
Cakes are considered a specialty item for local deliveries only. Start at San Francisco and end in San Mateo.
I can make cupcakes and specialty cakes only for those orders in San Francisco or San Mateo County (no more than 15 miles away). Please inquire about this service. A delivery fee of $50.00 will be added.
I have catered over 360 weddings in my career. People love a great dessert or candy table. Select Toffee, Truffles, Chocolate Mousse Cups, Cupcake's, Cookies and Fudge bites. Fresh Berries with Creme Fraiche and Sugar for dipping.
Office Parties, Holiday Parties and Family Gatherings too. Submit your needs, number of guests and a date. Be specific about your vision. I am a creative guy. I will let you know if is possible, or not.

A B O U T
Born in San Francisco, the city of wonderful culinary dreams. In 1982 a student of the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at City College, San Francisco. Courses included all aspects of the food, beverage and the hospitality industry. Two years of bliss for me to learn from the best chef’s and business management leaders. The Bake Shop was my favorite.
After graduating with an Associates in Science and began my Catering Sales Management Career of 30 years. Most notably, the Westin St. Francis Hotel on Union Square. Never pursued a career as an Executive or Pastry Chef, however, I do enjoy expanding my bakery talents at home. The chocolate truffle recipe is decades old.
The chocolate fudge is an old recipe used many years ago, recently, adjustments were made to prepare a creamy version. Chocolate Cup Cakes and Specialty Cakes are made from scratch. My own Vanilla Buttercream frosting flavored with cocoa powder or melted chocolate. French branded Chocolate baking chips is the way to go.
COVID -19 happened, and I was laid off from my job as Director of Sales for a private catering company in Burlingame. It was a very long two years of staying home with no job, and an opportunity to test my candy making skills. After one year of practice, I am making candy delicious and unique enough to sell.
One bite of my treats and you will want more. High quality products (i.e., sugar, chocolate, butter, eggs, vanilla, cream, milk, flour, nuts, etc.) is a must for me. After all these years in the industry, it is now time to shine and add my products to the market. I will get out to farmers markets and use this website for sales and shipping.

Delectable hand dipped American Butter Toffee squares in Dark Semi-sweet Chocolate. Melt in your mouth silky home-made Chocolate Truffle Candies. Chocolate Ganache Cakes and Petit Fours.

Bakery
My own special cookie dough (secret recipe) featuring Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chips. Oatmeal, Raisin, Pecan and Chocolate Chip specialty cookie.

Cakes and pies
Seasonal offerings to include, Chocolate Ganache Cake., Carrot and Coconut Cakes. Fresh French Apple Tart Pie, Pecan Pie (seasonal) and Pumpkin Pie (seasonal)
Locals may visit me at a Brisbane Farmers Market on Thursday from 3pm - 7pm or SSF Orange Park on Saturday from 9am - 1pm (except for rainy days)
